In case the credentials were wrongly filled out, the user "Admin@mail.com" may get blocked.
If this happens, it needs to be manually reset.
1. Open Studio 3T
2. Connect to Avatax
3. Search for the Users section
4. Manually change the fields "Blocked" (from "true" to "false") and "FaildLoginCount" (from "3" to "0"), they must look like this:
